The Song Series gives me a way to combine two of my favorite ways to spend time: creating a new piece and music.

The Song Series lends itself well to pen & ink and allows me to create a level of detail which literally brings the song into the tangible 3D world. You can now touch it and look at it and have those wonderful memories any time you want.

The Series has struck a chord with the public and I invite you to suggest a song you'd like to see reimagined in a pen & ink rendering. Suggesting a song does not obligate you to purchase, but of course, that is an option!

"Recently I lost my mother. I was talking to Teresa about a song we always sang to each other, "I Will" by The Beatles. I told her what the song meant to me and how true it rang in my heart. A few weeks later, Teresa showed up with the most amazing visual depiction of this song - not an easy task as it's not a very visual song. The drawing captured so much of my emotion, my heartbreak and my memories that it was as if she knew our relationship, which of course she did not. I'm truly amazed and totally in awe of how someone who didn't have my experiences or memories could so gracefully and effortlessly place this song into a lovely, visual work of art. She captured a feeling, emotion, and memory I didn't know I'd conveyed. Teresa has put a beautiful vision on paper, giving me comfort and peace where there was none."
